The boys had their first track meet last night. It was looooong! But of course fun. They did great. They were out of their comfort zone and did amazing, we were so proud of them.Jake was first in the 200 meters in his group, which he was very excited about.
Brysen did awesome, he shot out and ran so fast. His short little legs have never worked so hard.
They both ran the 100 & 200 meters and did long jump. We were there for 2 1/2 hours! Yikes. Poor Paige and mom and dad are going to have to be brave!
Is there anything better than watching your kids participate in something, I think not?

Way to go Boys! Jake, that is awesome that you got first place! As long as you do your best, you can be proud of yourself!
